  1. Put Almond Milk, Kale Powder and Baby Spinach into a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Add Banana, Ground Flax and Oat Flour and blend until smooth
  3. Pour into a bowl and let the Kale Pancake Mixture rest for 10-15 minutes
  4. Preheat the pan over medium heat and spray with cooking oil
  5. Scoop the mixture onto the pan (approximately ¼ cup for each pancake)
  6. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until bubbly and edges are dry. Turn and cook 2 minutes more
  7. Serve with Cacao Nibs, Maple Syrup and preferable fruits
