Kale Vanilla Oats
For 1 serving
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract ( (optional )
- 1 tsp kale powder
- 1/4 tsp spirulina powder
- Combine oats and milk in a medium saucepan medium-low heat. Stir occasionally.
- Add matcha powder, vanilla extract ( (optional ), kale powder and spirulina powder and continue to cook for a few more minutes, or until your oats have absorbed the milk.
- Top with banana slices, kiwi slices, peanut butter and cacao nibs and bee pollen. Enjoy!
