Directions

  1. Chop onion, parsley and champignon muchroom
  2. Beat eggs, nutritional yeast, ground flax in a mixing bowl until well combined
  3. Heat a wok over medium-high heat, spray cooking oil
  4. Add chopped onion and sliced champignon mushroom into the work and stir evenly. Apply salt and pepper and stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Remove from heat and set aside
  5. Heat the wok over medium heat, spray cooking oil and pour egg mixture into the wok
  6. When the egg mixture is half-cooked, pour cooked champignon mushroom on the egg.
  7. Fold the egg and serve with tomato sauce
