Directions
- Chop onion, parsley and champignon muchroom
- Beat eggs, nutritional yeast, ground flax in a mixing bowl until well combined
- Heat a wok over medium-high heat, spray cooking oil
- Add chopped onion and sliced champignon mushroom into the work and stir evenly. Apply salt and pepper and stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Remove from heat and set aside
- Heat the wok over medium heat, spray cooking oil and pour egg mixture into the wok
- When the egg mixture is half-cooked, pour cooked champignon mushroom on the egg.
- Fold the egg and serve with tomato sauce
