Quinoa Stir-Fry with Chicken Breast and Basil

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Cooked Quinoa
  • 2 tbsp Rice Bran Oil
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 3 Chilies
  • 100g Chicken Breast
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 handful Basil Leaves
  • 1 Egg

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Cooked Quinoa
  • 2 tbsp Rice Bran Oil
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 3 Chilies
  • 100g Chicken Breast
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 handful Basil Leaves
  • 1 Egg

Directions

  1. Heat Rice Bran Oil in a wok over medium-high heat, add chopped Garlic and sliced Chilies. Stir evenly
  2. Add Chicken Breast, Soy Sauce and Oyster Sauce. Stir until the Chicken is half cooked
  3. Add small amount of stock and stir evenly
  4. Add cooked Quinoa and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes
  5. Add Basil Leaves, stir quickly and remove from heat
  6. Serve with fried egg
