  1. Put all ingredients into a blender (Coconut Water, Frozen Kiwis, Spirulina Powder, Lucuma Powder, Coconut Nectar and Lemon Juice)
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Put fresh kiwi slices into an ice cream block and pour the ice cream mixture into the block (leave overhead space about 1 cm)
  4. Add ice cream wood sticks and freeze for 2 hours
  5. Put Natural Yoghurt on top of the ice cream and freeze for 6 hours
  6. Put the block in a bowl of warm water and remove the Ice Cream from the block
