Spirulina lucuma ice-cream

Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp Spirulina Powder
- 1 tsp Lucuma Powder
- 4 Frozen Kiwis
- 1 cup Coconut Water
- 3 tbsp Coconut Nectar
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Natural Yoghurt
Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp Spirulina Powder
- 1 tsp Lucuma Powder
- 4 Frozen Kiwis
- 1 cup Coconut Water
- 3 tbsp Coconut Nectar
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Natural Yoghurt
Directions
- Put all ingredients into a blender (Coconut Water, Frozen Kiwis, Spirulina Powder, Lucuma Powder, Coconut Nectar and Lemon Juice)
- Blend until smooth
- Put fresh kiwi slices into an ice cream block and pour the ice cream mixture into the block (leave overhead space about 1 cm)
- Add ice cream wood sticks and freeze for 2 hours
- Put Natural Yoghurt on top of the ice cream and freeze for 6 hours
- Put the block in a bowl of warm water and remove the Ice Cream from the block
